工作职责：

职责概括(Summary)：制定制程文件，指导生产的正常进行，持续改进的跟进和实施。

In charge of process documents, guide production, continuous improvement to follow up and implementation.

1、负责线束生产工艺文件的编制及管理, 熟悉汽车线束工艺。

1.Responsible for production process document preparation and management.Familiar with automotive wire harness process

2、负责工装夹具以及防错的设计开发/2, Responsible for fixture（Poka-yoke） design and development

3、负责线束新产品工艺的实施指导/3, responsible for the implement the new product process guidance

4、负责生产过程中的不良品原因分析及确定相应的解决方案,

4,Responsible for the defective products cause analysis in the process of production, and determine the

corresponding solutions

5、负责制定生产产品的工时及如何优化提高效率

5, responsible for working hours and how to optimize the efficiency of production products.

6、负责所管辖的人员管理及工作安排

6, responsible for the jurisdiction of the people management and working arrangement

岗位要求：

大专以上学历，机械、机电、自动化、工业工程类专业优先

College degree or above, mechanical, electrical and mechanical, industrial engineering major is preferred

1.机械设计及制造，连接器的制造装配，能设计工装夹具,

2.熟悉汽车线束工艺流程以及APQP流程。

3.会使用ME，IE手法处理解决制程问题。

1.Mechanical design and manufacturing, manufacturing and assembly of the connector, Must to good skill for design jigs and fixtures，2.Familiar with automotive wire harness process and APQP process.

3.Able to use the ME and IE tools to solve process problems.
