中航光电德国子公司正式成立！

2021年11月22日，中航光电第一个海外全资子公司——中航光电（德国）有限责任公司（以下简称“德国子公司”）正式成立。

德国子公司的成立，不仅体现了公司积极响应国家“走出去” “一带一路”等政策号召，也是公司深入实施全球化发展战略的重要里程碑，提升了公司综合竞争力。

On Monday, November 22nd, 2021, JONHON’s first wholly owned overseas subsidiary, JONHON Optronic Deutschland GmbH (here in after referred to as "German subsidiary") was formally established.

The foundation not only reflects the company’s active response to national initiative of “Go Globally” and “The Belt and Road”, but represents a significant milestone for implementation of global development strategy, which has also enhanced the company’s overall competitiveness.

德国子公司位于德国黑森州美因河畔法兰克福市，其经营范围为市场开发、产品研发、物流组织和售后服务等。

Located in Frankfurt, Germany, German subsidiary mainly aims to provide market development, R&D, logistics and after-sales support of JONHON.

德国子公司是中航光电“十四五”战略规划的重要布局之一，为公司开拓欧洲市场开辟了新的途径。

德国子公司作为中航光电出海欧洲的桥头堡，未来将直接接触欧洲高端客户群体和行业领军企业的前沿研发需求与业务，深入拓展欧洲市场，为公司的国际化发展提供功能支撑、服务支撑和业绩支撑。

German subsidiary is one of the important objectives of "14th Five-Year Plan" of JONHON, its establishment has opened up new ways for JONHON to explore the European market.

As the bridgehead in JONHON's European market, the subsidiary will directly contact the high-end customer groups and learn best practices from industry leaders, which will also be expected to make substantial contribution to JONHON's international development and profitability.
